Heuristic Rust checker for rs-alloc-hot–rs-collect-vec-hot. Line/brace window scanner — not a full AST/SSA pass.

Self-dogfood: bash ../scripts/self-lint.sh must stay clean on examples (fixtures excluded via fixtures/ skip).
